Yeah, I'm pissed. Again, as someone on here pointed out just now. But she can shove it. Cuz this is legitimate in my oppinion.
Allright here's the deal. *not on this site* but my site over at www.web-begin.com, I have a forum. It's just to help out my clients when I have any, and others if they want to browse it, if they need help with web site stuff. Well some fucknut joined, and put a web site not only contravening the terms of service, (quite clearly displayed on the web site), but also with a virus attached to it. The virus has been deleted off my system, and the user off my forum. I have now also configured it so that anyone wishing to join the forum will have to write to my support address for the site to get added. You can browse without joining, but you join by me adding you. Regretable but short of any other ideas that's the deal.
It just pisses me off, and I'm well aware this is just life, but that when you try and do something to earn a bit of a living, and help people out you get a kick up the arse like that, or people trying to piss on your chips in other ways. Really makes it sooo worth while, it really does.
Anyway fuck it I'll give it a go, and if it doesn't work, oh well, no fucking loss to anyone is it so...
Anyway rant over. Comment, or don't, your choice.

the thing i hate is when people come on sites and start posting all of this illegal pharma junk
yeah, it's against my terms of service, something I have to abide by and so do my clients/members. So ... yeah, me too.
Guess people that do that have nothing better to do than to pull that shit. Give 'em over to me for a week or two and I'll give 'em something to fucking do thats for sure.
mini-update. forum has now gone off my site, as every time i visit it i still get something trying to attack my pc. i fucking love my life...
seems i haven't gotten rid of this thing as yet. not sure what else to do. now i have this error saying that a plugin for i e cannot download the data it requested. lisa is also having a problem now. hope to god they aren't related. almost makes me want to give up both fucking sites and say to hell with it.
that is because you have ungreatful shits who want to fuck up everything good someone does. sorry you had to make that choice to quit having a forum.

ah well, it happens. talkign to steve about it now actually, and getting a better internet security package. www.my-etrust.com the package i'm going for is CA Internet Secuity Suite Plus 2008. As it's good for 3 pc's lisa wil have it too. well worth it i reckon. not sure about the sites as yet. i have a few days to decide about one site, and can decide whenever about the other.
Dang I'm sorry to hear about the problems with your site. It's terrible that people have to take a great website, and ruin it!
Yeah, well these things happen. That web site is no more now though, so no problem. And as the othe rpost says, Simon's Games is now fixed also, so all's well that ends well really.

i think I got a virus on my pc a few days ago and I had to reformat my hard drive! So simon I hope you get this problem fixed. Maybe you should try calling the people who made your computer and see what they recomend.
AVG antivirus is really good
Turned out that actualy my pc was fine, but the site wasn't. It now is, as it's been moved t a new server and security has been changed. Things have also been upgraded. The new anti virus etc for Lisa and I worked out anyway, as it's a better package than the one we had. So all's wel that ends well. Everything fixed now.
Sorry that happens to us. I had a website for years and just this year it was "taken over." It sucks.
Hmm, I too got hacked in to, taken over, and now I just don't manage my game anymore. I suppose thats why I no longer maintain my website nor do I give out my address.
I wish there was some way to have a program that instantly trace a person't comp through all the IPs that they highjack and fry the processor along with the hd. Will give them something to think about when they have to buy a new processor/mb/hd. Of course they could go to a library/cafe to do their attacks, but when the libraries/cafes find their computers fucked up, those places can have the hackers arrested? hmmm
There is a way to write such a prog, but its highly difficult. *sigh* Fantasies of a dead hacker/virus writer with their entrails in their mouth.

was just here being bord, can't sleep so I'll add my two sence werth. I have been having problems with trojon horses, (had three of them already,) luckly AVG found them, and I could run add awhere and get rid of them. you know you have a trojon like this: or this is how I knew.
1, your computer runs really really really slow.
2, your internet is messed up.
and 3, your jaws crashes alot.
now I am not meaning for everyone to panic if your computer is running a little slower, or if your jaws crashes once in awhile, but if jaws crashes all the time, your computer doesn't fix it'sself when rebooted, and as I say, your internet doesn't work proply then you have a problem and need to run a virus skanning softwhere. (I think you should run one dayly anyways, but that's just me.) anyways, gonna go to bed now, hope I helped.
Yeah, spammers and shitty idiots do what apparently is called link farming. As you've seen they never stop and keep coming back. If you have a blog, or forum, you're probably subjected to this already and it's horrible that yu needed to give up your forum to these bastards.
